One phase around three fountains. At 100 energy Vashnik Imbibes from the two nearest, spawning venoms that crawl to the Malignant Cavity: every one dies before it arrives. Tanks choose the fountains by where they park him.

Pull brief

Icy Veins: Bloodlust on the pull. Method: the fight is rotation discipline and pool maintenance, not tight damage checks. Add priority: Burning Venoms, then Clotting Venom, then Shrouded Venoms.

  • Adds reaching the central pool unchecked.
  • Two Burning Venoms dying at once on Heroic.
  • Parking him by the wrong fountains and empowering the same type twice.
  • Exploding Infection carriers not getting far enough away.
  • Mythic: tumor armour not stripped before the damage window.

    Pull. Roughly every 90 seconds, at 100 energy, Vashnik Imbibes from the two nearest fountains and keeps a permanent Toxic Vapor stack: the soft enrage.

Healer plan

  • Toxic Vapor climbs every Imbibe; Malignant Burst leaks add a 30-second stacking DoT on top.
  • Siphoning Infection absorbs and blocks healing on its targets; Stygian absorbs too. Group or spread as the fountain pair demands (Method).
  • Exploding Infection detonates on dispel: top the carrier off, dispel staggered, or hold dispels entirely if the raid is low (Method).
  • Raid Finder: Siphoning blocks 80% of healing instead of all of it (Warcraft Wiki).
