Swap that matters: Beacon of Virtue → Beacon of Faith. Swap that matters: Beacon of Virtue ↔ Beacon of Faith. Pillars of Light → Rising Sunlight. If you go Faith, Icy Veins says swap Pillars of Light → Rising Sunlight. Glistening Radiance / Saved by the Light → Divine Favor / Protection of Tyr. With Faith, consider dropping Glistening Radiance / Saved by the Light for Divine Favor / Protection of Tyr.

Hero trees are effectively tied on single target. Templar wins on burst AoE and has better defensives; Herald of the Sun is the better all-rounder on sustained damage and light cleave. For Delves and open world Icy Veins recommends Templar — short fights, constant repositioning.

Swap that matters: Templar Strikes → Crusading Strikes. Icy Veins calls it "significantly stronger." Execution Sentence → Radiant Glory. Smoother cooldowns and less tank-dependency.
