Two phases. Kill the pet first, then survive the mounted phase. Quaking Leap stacking is the main killer.

Multi-hit tank buster, each hit bigger than the last.
Tank uses a defensive early, not late. Nerfed 12–20% in patch 12.1.
Holy Paladin lensGilded Destruction landing on top of Blade Combo is the healing check. Dispel Savage Maul before the combo, not during — that armour reduction is what turns a survivable buster into a dead tank.
