The engine — Restoration

Lifebloom
A heal-over-time that can only be on one target at a time; when it expires it blooms for a large heal, which also happens if it is refreshed with 4.5 seconds or less remaining.
When Keep it up at all times, on yourself in raid or on the tank in dungeons, and refresh it inside the last 4.5 seconds so no uptime is wasted.

Efflorescence
Creates a healing zone lasting 30 seconds that heals up to 3 players standing in it every 2 seconds; the most efficient healing spell outside Tranquility, and not a fully smart heal.
When Keep it under the biggest clump of players; with Lifetreading it follows your Lifebloom target instead of being placed by hand.
Nourish
The heal a summoned Treant casts on random injured allies until it expires.

Casts 16 spells over a 4-second channel; approximately 3/4 of the abilities cast will be Balance spells as long as you are in Moonkin Form.

Go Berserk for 15 seconds, generating 1 Combo Point every 1.5 seconds, dealing 15% additional damage with Cat Form attacks, granting an extra Combo Point on generators and storing up to 3 above the cap as Overflowing Power. Off the GCD.
When Cast on cooldown, always alongside Tiger's Fury, and spend more aggressively while it is active to use the flood of resources.

Tranquility
A channelled spell that heals all raid members for a large amount over 5 seconds and leaves a stackable heal-over-time; it heals for 100% more outside a raid group.
When Use it during heavy raid damage or when assigned, after ramping several Rejuvenations, a Wild Growth and a few Regrowth HoTs so the Flourish extension has the most to extend.

Ravage applies Dreadful Wound to targets hit, dealing Bleed damage over 6 seconds and making them deal 4% less damage to you; reapplying it with Tiger's Fury is enhanced, and it is not affected by Circle of Life and Death.
Cenarius' Guidance
A Keeper of the Grove talent, a default in the Icy Veins builds, that gives roughly 50% of Convoke casts a mini-Tranquility, and which reduces Incarnation: Tree of Life's cooldown by 5 seconds whenever your Grove Guardians fade.
When Cast Swiftmend and Wild Growth often so guardians spawn and fade, driving Incarnation's cooldown down.
Reforestation

When Ironfur is the primary way to spend Rage, and keeping it up as often as possible will help reduce your damage intake.
Symbiotic Relationship60 minutes; 10% / 8%
Applies a 60-minute buff to you and a target ally so 10% of your self-healing also heals them and 8% of your healing on them heals you.

When Use it often rather than saving it: the cooldown is low and it is off the global cooldown. Put it on anyone about to take heavy damage, prioritising the tank, and it also works as your own defensive.
