Standard DoTC single-target with Primal Wrath: the adds die very quickly so you will not do much to them, but grabbing PW is a small enough loss.

Swap that matters: Ashamane's Guidance → anything else. if you are in the first group going down on mythic, the stuns force you to hold it for around 15 seconds.

You may never look at the adds on this boss, but you can grab something like the Vashnik or Ula'tek build with Primal Wrath and Hunger for Battle.

Heavily recommends Wildstalker, because Twin Sprouts nets a lot of vines onto the boss every time the mind controls go off; you need Primal Wrath and otherwise whatever sims highest for single-target as Wildstalker.

The Druid of the Claw Mythic+ build. With the 12.1 changes there are far fewer choices: Infected Wounds is effectively forced, which means the Swipe-focused builds are more or less dead.
